Naledi Damane is a passionate and dedicated Environmental Compliance Officer at ERS. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Management from the University of South Africa (UNISA). Naledi has been with ERS for 1 year and 1 month, during which she has honed her skills in environmental monitoring, impact assessments, and compliance reporting.

In her role, Naledi ensures that negative impacts on the natural environment are minimized. She currently works on the construction of the R56 road, ensuring that all environmental regulations and standards are adhered to throughout the project. With her keen eye for detail and strong commitment to sustainability, Naledi plays a crucial role in minimizing the environmental impact of the construction activities.

Outside of work, Naledi is deeply passionate about environmental conservation. With her blend of academic knowledge and hands-on experience, she continues to make a positive impact in her field, striving to create a greener and more sustainable future for generations to come.
