Naledi Damane is a passionate and dedicated WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) Coordinator at ERS. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Management from the University of South Africa (UNISA). Naledi has been with ERS for over a year, during which she has honed her skills in environmental monitoring, impact assessments, and compliance reporting.

In her role, Naledi is committed to advancing public health and improving sanitation in communities. With a strong background in environmental management, Naledi is deeply passionate about promoting sustainable practices that ensure access to clean water and proper sanitation.

As WASH Coordinator, Naledi leads the design and implementation of comprehensive programs tailored to diverse community needs. Her role includes conducting needs assessments and working closely with local governments and NGOs to drive effective service delivery. Naledi’s proactive approach has also led her to launch awareness campaigns that emphasize hygiene and proper sanitation practices, empowering communities to adopt healthier lifestyles.

Guided by her belief that access to clean water and sanitation is a fundamental human right, Naledi is determined to create lasting improvements that contribute to the health and sustainability of the communities she serves.
